Default Desafio Pattern Plane

How does the desafio fly if anyone knows it is supposed to be designed by qiuque somezini and used by him. it looks like a sukoi fuse with a different wing and it is a 2m x 2m. I was wondering if you can use a samll gasser on it. It doesnt have to fly comps just for something to get use to flying a larger plane.
Thanks,
Sam

That is a very good model to start with.
I have one that i fly for four years now.
The model were designed by QQ and use by him, I think in 1997.

I fly it with OS 1.40 RX and C/F pipe from bolly.

Thanks for the replys do you think it would fly ok with something like an Mvvs 26, Rcs 1.40 or a zdz 40 f3a ( its the new one coming out ). I realy want to put a gas engine into it but first i want to know whether it would be alright.

Here are some pics of quique´s desafio 2000. He flew with it in the 1997 world championship. And one picture is from D'Hawks Desafio 2000. If you want more info about the plane, contact marzini(here is a post of his new Genesis: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_4677975/tm.htm )I think he had a Desafio 2000, maybe he can help you more than I. Good luck with the plane! see ya.

Does anyone have the plan for the Desafio-S (skinny-fuse)? My great uncle use to build many of these in Brisbane, Australia...I would love to keep the tradition going.
