elevator servos-where to put

I have just made my 1.7m pattern plane, and was wondering where to put my elevator servos (2). Where is it better? at the front or the back?
Also will two hs 85 servos be sufficient?

man u are playing with death using hs 85 servos. you will need at least 4 to guarantee a safe flight

What do you recommend? it needs to be light!!! How much torque minimum?
