Default Old AM Transmitter to mate with my Airtronics 92123 receiver

I'm looking to pick up an old AM radio to mate with the receiver in a Vintage buggy I picked up.
Before I go spending every penny I have clearing out the used market, is there anything I should know to find a transmitter that will work with it?

The receiver is an Airtronics 92123 75 band.

Would almost any 1980's or 1990's AM transmitter that is 75mhz work as long as I have matching crystals?

If you don't find a 75 MHz transmitter, I have an Airtronics 2- channel car combo, transmitter and receiver, new, unused on 27 MHz.
asking $30 for both, plus shipping depending on where you are. Crystals included.
Re your question about transmitters and crystals, some of the old combos of different brands will work together, but the crystals
in most cases have tobe the same brand as the Tx, or Rx. Thanks, Eloy.

Hi. Would you be interested in selling the receiver? I'm looking for an Airtronics 92123 receiver.
