Hitec Eclipse 7 and Ultrastick quad-flap...

Anybody have an Eclipse 7 in a Hanger 9 ultrastick and using quad flaps? A little programming help would be GREATLY appreciated.

nope it don.t work. we had to buy a 9c - pity, the eclipse is other wise a fine radio

The Eclipse is capable of setting up portions of the QUAD FLAP programming but not easily. E.G., it would take 2 switches to activate the CROW function.

I setup mine using flaps on gear channel with PMX2(gear switch) to mix in down elevator. Used PMX 5 (tall right switch) to activate mixing when flaps are deployed the ailerons reflex up. I uually fly with the PMX on and flip the gear switch to deploy crow. I works well for me. This all off the top of my head so I may be a little off on the mix numbers.
