I never downloaded the last software release. Can you tell me if all the changes/improvements from the last update are included in the current (Update1 0 10)release?

My understanding of the release history is that there have been three releases. The first had some issues and was quickly replaced with the second release. The third and current release just came out within the last week. Is this correct?

Also, I have downloaded the latest release but I can't find any instructions. Can you tell me where I can find them (I have heard that the last release contained complete instructions)?
