Default Im New here, but this is my newest project

An HPI RS4 all aluminum. I was able to massage an aluminum flyweheel so that it would fit on the Novarossi .15 with the original 2 speed gear. I have a manifold and a pipe on order, so it should be finished and running in about a week. The engine is a discontinues Novarossi tx15. Should be a lot of fun and the extra 13k RPMs should give much better top end over the stock HPI engines that came in these.

I will weigh it. I am still looking for a manifold that will work for me. If I had an aluminum welder I could make the one for a traxxas tmaxx work, but I dont have aluminum welding capability right now.

Found out RB Logics make a drop in pipe for my setup. I will run it this weekend hopefully.

If its a .15 engine rear header(manifold)... HPI's header should work

It has a round port on the back. Not the screw on type. That was the problem. I couldnt find a manifold to work with springs that would site at the correct angle.

I wouldn't let it go right now. I am having wayyyy too much fun with it. It still has speed to give also.
