The easiest way to get what your lookin for is to make sure your using a long servo horn. Robotronics are great for this. C's won't help ya here. Knucks might. Pretty sure some alum axial scaler knuckles have longer arms than the ax10 ones have. Don't quote me on that tho. If your running an upgraded radio, check your steering epa's. If not, make sure your rates are cranked on the stock controller. Knobs can get turned down, even when ya don't mean to.

Naaahh, the wheely king c hubs are big and bulky and don't allow for a lot of steering angle. A longer horn or radio adjustments aren't what I need on this one.

Yeah, I looked at that to.... I have a little room, like you say, a couple degrees.
Wish syco-venom would chime in. I don't know if he did anything with his or not...

Nope never touched the C-hubs. I don't use mine as a crawler either, and still run the MT tires on it (just 6 of em )
Looking at their geometry from the pics I'd guess they wouldn't get you much more then the stocks though.

Yeah, the knuckles say "high angle" and the c-hubs to match just incase they didn't fit stock. I didn't know for sure if you had done anything for greater steering.... I knew you had a bunch of wrenching done though.
