Default 2 WK questions, easy and quick

#1 A bigger spur gear means slower and more torque right?

#2 I am leaving to go camping tomorrow and bringing the WK. I noticed that my rear moabs on my jato and rear M2ks on my pede work on the WK, should I stick with the crappy WK tires or go with a moab/M2k combo on my WK, which would be better? I am driving on granite and dusty lose dirt...

#1. Yes, bigger spur and smaller pinion is what you want for more power/less speed...

#2, moab/M2K will be much better...

I would put the M2k's in the back for looks, but you might want to try both ways and see what works better....

if it is the 4wd one you must use 4 tires all the same exact size or you will have problems with the gearbox as the larger wheels with spin at a different speed then the smaller

if you are off-road it wont be a problem, since the tires can slip. Even on-road with something like a wheely king I dont think you would have any issues... a WK doesn't really weigh all that much, and it has metal R&P gears.... I would bet the tires would slip before anything even came close to breaking.....

Not an issue at all. We are already running locked differentials with no center differential going over random terrain and getting wheels locked up. Wheel scrub is expected and part of the game.

Ok well I just got back, I was not liking the different sizes of wheels using the M2K and moabs, so mostly used the stock tires.

I found a killer mudding spot and a few small creeks to run in. Its funny how the WK will float with stock tires, until they fill up. I had all 4 wheels full of water lol. Whats the best way to deal with that problem? Beadlocks?

Also had a great time on the trails and some mudding in my Jeep WJ. Gonna post some pics some time soon.

for getting water out of wheels, just poke a small hole or two in the tread and throttle up... they will fill faster though....
