Default Speedy recovery! To Tug or Not To Tug?

Saw someone mention a speedy recovery boat? I have an extra shockwave 36 hull with a brushless set up on the way soon. Modleing is after a SW 36 on ose using this motor kb-45-11xl and he used a 240 castle speed controller and go with lipo's. This boat is for fun and thought if i could rig up something so it could retrive any boats if necessary.

My question....

Would this setup while pulling the boat draw to many amps and over heat in the process. Or should i go with more of a setup like a tug boat on an actual tug boat? How diferent of a setup are tug boats compared to the average electric boat.

Towing boats 27 to 40 inches

Just curious not crazy!
