Taigen replys to your questions
Who is Taigen? This info helps customers know you better and increase sales.
Taigen:We are made up of 2 people from China on one person from Germany. (this is all that they would expand on.)

"A lot of accusations are made that Taigen reboxes Asaitam components, is this true? explain yes or no."
Taigen: No, We work with them.
Are you part of Heng Long?
Taigen: No, we however, are buying components from them till we retool our molds.
Improvements:
Sound card: Improve sound card with sound of the actual tank that it is in. ie, Tiger sound like tiger. M26 sounds like M26. if not just remove the "rachet" sound when tank moves. This is the #1 complaint!
Taigen: We are working on this now and hope to have some more info on this soon.
All tanks need the latch release opening upper hull (no screws).
Taigen: All our tanks will come this way, The next tank will come with this is the M-41 Bulldog.

There is a bid demand for WW2 BRTISH TANKS!
Taigen: Next year!
Expand into Modern AFV, Tanks and APC.
Taigen: That Will happen this year with the M1A1 Abams.
Make your I/R system compatible with Tamya battle system.
Taigen: We are working on this and hope to have something next year, we have to be carful with TM's
Offer all of your tanks as kits. There are many consumers that perfer to completely build/customize their projects.
A complete line of retail packaged parts would be helpful as well.
Taigen: Our frist kit will be the Tiger I, with more to follow. If you need Parts for any tank, Contact any Taigen dealer for any parts you need
Move all "on, off switches" to hatches on the upper hull. All hatches should work.
Taigen: If it is possible, we will do it.
Please stop painting the commander figures. it is a waste of time.
Taigen: .........
All WW2 tanks should have 3:1 gear box. Modern Tanks should have 4:1.
Taigen: Thanks, we will look into that.
Full control of main gun. ie, If I push the stick up, the gun should go up, Stick down, gun goes Down. firing of the gun should be a push button.
Taigen: We will look into it.
Include more than just 2 pieces of spare track. At least 6-8 would be optimal.
Taigen: We will look into it.
If you have any questions about this, just send me a email or feel free to call.
Thanks!

- Can we buy some of these parts to modify existing tanks (ie, those that we already own)? Things like the latch releases, tank hatches, gear boxes, etc. If so, how about a shopping list of available parts and prices?
- How about a mid-production Tiger with full metal running gear and torsion bar suspension, metal hull, etc? Same basic thing as the early and late they already offer, but actually a mid-production.
- Can we get them unpainted (goes with the kit question)?
- Do they plan to get get away from airsoft versions? (I hope not...so changes like the controller and gun control mentioned earlier are great questions. And, I'd like to see it available - push up, gun go up - but I'd like to keep my airsoft shooter, too.)
- If they're re-tooling and looking at releasing their own tanks, are they thinking about redoing the M41 Bulldog so that it is in scale?
- Do they make their own add-on parts (hatches, tracks, road wheels, etc)? Or, do they use AsiaTam's and then assemble and sell them as assembled upgrades? (goes with the kit question)
- Will they fix the main guns on the US tanks - Bulldog and Pershing? Both are too short and too fat.
Hi gentlemen,
Thank you Baron Fel and Taigen for giving us those replyings, by the way the M26, M41 fault struts& shockabsorbersare the issues to be addressed.
Re the M41, yes, correct width tracks & sprockets would be nice,
Correct width turret, with empty vision blocks & clear parts sprue?
Correct drivers periscopes & clear parts sprue.
Those are the biggies, but as mentioned above there is a lot of other stuff to do too.
Mal
Desire for parts lists goes well beyond the Tiger.
Agree with the photos. That has held me back from seriously considering a Taigen.
