the stock card taigen v3 ir has a blue wire of earth, which serves the return cannon after the shot, where you have to put this small blue cable on the ibu 2 ultimate to make its ir work properly?

It's a ground wire, attach it back to your negative battery connection. I solder it back to the negative side of the on/off switch.
