replaced the wsn flash with the one that came with the DBCRC2 worked fine for 5 min and then died took other flash led hooked up with diifrent cable out side of tank no go looks like something fried on the DBCRC2 on the flash circuit ok everything else works so will just deal with no flash on this one .

thanks

Man, that is strange you know the negative is towards the outside of the DBCRC2 Board correct? Do you have a picture of where you are connecting too! This is puzzling me because it should work fine, maybe the resistor that is in the positive trace has been bumped into another component, or got pushed down and lifted the pad on the back of the DBCRC2 board?

Pull the metal battery connectors out first, and then I use a dremil with a fine cutting wheel to cut most of the box out,, and then use the cutting bit to cut the box away from

the standoffs for the screws,, but leave them in one piece!

Very important to leave the little ridge where the cover fits on the bottom,, so you can still use the cover or have a nice fit to seal if up!
