There are trees all over the place, tho we had them removed at that area.

Yes I know the States lol :P.

Strangest thing for me is not seeing snow.

Used to be in Canada before, got soo used to it.

Over here it hits like 50 C in the shade during the summer.

Is it me, or is your wing like crooked lol.?

I never use 4 body clips, I got tired of loosing them.

Use 1 with a zip tie on the end.

Saying that, I have like 200 of those cheap ones, by Team Accossiated @ 70 cents for a pack of 6 by tower hobbies

Kept the original ones away from the body, and only on the radio box, the stock ones are pretty good.

Can anyone give me some direction? My Nitrage broke, i'm looking for a lower A-arm for the front right. Anyone know where to look? [sm=71_71.gif] Would like to find aluminum a-arms if possible so this wont happen anymore... thanx.

Hey, welcome.

What do you mean by broke.?

Check with your LHS, maybe they might have it in stock.

As for aluminum ones, I think the RPM ones might fit, not to sure tho.

The one mounted on the tranny case..?

Id' never be able to keep mine like that.!

Joel, could you get me a close up pic of how you attached your fuel filter.?

I made 2 holed on that air filter holder, and use zip ties to hold my fuel filter in place

AND WHAT AIR FILTER IS THAT....!!!!???

And why did you remove that thingy that holds the exhaust in place..!?? Lol it looks like its hanging in mid-air.

But I really like the way my fuel tubing is done

JR Es579's all around.

Love them, 9.3kg/c, @ I think .13/60 @6V

Just try and get something with about 8kg/cm and you should be fine, that servos a bit overkill for the throttle/brake, well aslong as it works.

oops, yeah. just remembered you said that on another site!!!

amazing to see the price of the nitrage on the US Tamiya site, even at discounted price - so expensive.

did see somebody say they bought one on ebay for US$308. i am pretty shocked at the US market sales of the Nitrage. Even with so much competiton from other international and mixed brands, you would think with Tamiya's pedigree it would have a loyal following.

man, i am still waiting for stock of the RTR nitrage from my LHS' which is at a reasonable price!

cheers

@ etops

Yeah im the same person lol.

You'll love this. When are they getting in stock. But wouldn't ie be cheaper there.?

Theres a small reason tho this high price, this thing does not break. Ive heard of people breaking theirs, thats just due to they cannot drive.

Mine has taken a beating, if you remember, I had posted a thread a while back when I really hit it hard. All that broke was a Shock End.

Another user on this site flipped his one, and his rotostart broke. Mine has started me through 3 gallons, 1 more tank im on the fourth.

The only real thing that ever broke due to a lack of quality was the servo saver, again, my fault on that one too because I have all my end point adjustments set at 125.

This is probably the most under-rated rc out there at the moment.

This gives an idea of how bad mine has been abused lol.

It has run on everything solid. Rocks, cliffs, gravel, sand, mud. Flew it off a cliff a week back. My antenna tube came out, thats it.

giaz

the bottom of your deck looks well and truely "bashed"!

i could have a nitrage tomorrow from a couple of LHS. the main point is the price. there's been a price hike recently. there are only two RTR's left; one is a display model and the kit form is on the shelves now.

both are pricey now companred to end of 2007 prices. just dun want to pay over the odds for a what seems a good car even though there are few supporters out there!

we'll see, i might get itchy this sunday and go the LHS again for what maybe the final look! *LOL*

first i need to clearly establish what's included in kit form and more important, what's not included!

btw, why do you have an air filter connected ont your fuel tank pressure line? where did you buy the plastic gizmo which helps you pinch the fuel supply line?

etops

Yeah thanks for the truly bashed comment lol

Honest opinion, if you can get the kit form, GO AHEAD AND DONT LOOK BACK.

With the kit, I think you get nearly all the Hop - Ups excluding the 2 speed tranny. The reason im saying this is because, lets say you buy the RTR. And you then buy the precision steering plate, you do not have to take down the entire front end to install that 1 part, just do it while you're building it.

Also with kit form, you get a chance to customise it from the very beginning, as in diff oil, shock oil, etcc.

Nauticar got the kit version, check with him what all he got with it. I got the RTR and am buying all the hop ups for it excluding the 2 speed tranny.

Now to your second question.

The reason Ive put in a fuel filter into my preassure like is because it helps keep positive preassure on the tank, I have no idea how it works, it just does . Stole that tip from someone else

Thats an RB Innovations fuel like stopper avaliable at Tower Hobbies for like $2 - 3

Its pretty good, just press it down, it locks into place, and you done even have to run your tank dry, it creates a barrier so the fuel dosent reach the carb. Better than using your hand

Hope that answers your question
