P-47 Unkown Kit???
Hi everyone,
Was wondering if anyone can assist - As I bought this 60 size P-47 and the owner does not have any info regarding it.
Some info:
It has a fiberglass fuselage and wing has pre-cut for retracts.
Here is a pic if anyone may have info
Thanks in advance

RE: P-47 Unkown Kit???
Thanks for the reply - Also thought it is kinda small when I receivedit yesterday - since matching it up on my H9 P-40 its smaller.
Did not check the wingspan - but would roughly say at around 1.4m but will double check tonight and get back to you.
Thanks again for the reply - just hope I can find out what model it is so I can get the CG and more info towards it.

It's a clone of this one. I think at least half dozen different Chinese manufacturers have cloned it so who knows which one it actually came from?!!!

RE: P-47 Unkown Kit???
Hello. That is the older P-47 that was sold by Giant Scale Planes, .60 size, 71 inch WS. I've had mine for about 4 years, flies very well, very stable. Mine is powered by an OS 91FX 2 stroke, mounted inverted with a wrap around slimline pitts muffler. That odd looking stock canopy can replaced with a Topflite P-47 canopy, it's a drop in fit and looks more scale. I think Giant Scale Planes still sells the camo version of this plane. It's a good flyer, enjoy it.
