Default im hot

i got my tornado xp a week or two ago, and broke my glow plug igniter before i really got to drive it. i finally got my other glow plug igniter in, and now my car wont start. it doesnt even make a sound. i took the glow plug out and it was burning hot, and it has gas in it. what is wrong? why wont it start? does it have osmething to do with me leaving the gas in there for a week or so?

all right i got it running and played with it for about 3 minutes. it would die about every minute however.
here are a list of the problems so far.

only runs about a minute at a time[&o]
idols about 15 miles per hour.
gas out of the exhaust. black all over body by the exhaust, and the top airfilter was black when i was done playing.

any help would be appreciated in these matters.

maybe you could try leaning the mix alittle bit by the High Speed Needle. Also check if there is any leak around the exaust area. +it sounds like you need to adjust the idle too(anti-clockwise lowers the idle so clutch does not engage...)
good luck

leaning out the mix(HSN clockwise-the needle that stick out where the fuel line meets the carb)---> less fuel comes out from your exhaust (turn the needle 1/8 of a turn each time)

small black screw under the air filter is adjustment to idle speed. small black screw. make sure transmitter is in the neutral position before you adjust the idle speed. neutral means throttle not touched and the trim knob in the center.

i think your turning the wrong screw, the one you should turn is right next to the air intake on the carb, i think your are turning the one on the bottome of the carb, that screw holds the carb on the engine.
