Default Rear wheels do not spin on Volcano!

Hey everyone! I was driving my volcano today and it was running fine and then for some reason I felt like the rear wheels weren't spinning, and it seemed like only the front wheels were spinning. The shaft that connects to the disc brake was not moving. Is it a gear that may be stripped? i heard of gears going bad real easy on these cars? could it be the gear? If the disc brake is loose will that make the shaft not spin? I checked and made sure that the grub screw was in the rear drive shaft. Any ideas? Thanks!

check the dogbone holder alen screw on the central differential. they get loose sometimes and that is what happens. it is much more fun if the front wheels stop spinning . you will need some locktight because the tend to unscrew quite often.

Yeah, I checked that screw and it was tight. Any oither ideas? Could it be the clutch? or a worn down gear? Thanks

if you are sure that universal joint on the rear of the gear box it tight the only other logical answer would be that the shaft is broken?

if i roll the truck on the table with the rear wheels on the ground and the front wheels in the air then the front wheels move. If i do the opposite, the rear tires do not spin. =(

when you start it and put it in the air do all 4 turn?? when you put it down on the ground does it move, do the front wheels move or the rear? doesnt make sense if the front moves and the rear shaft doesnt since they are on the same spur gear shaft. Maybe the rear dogbone holder is stripped and just feels tight.

Ok I fixed it! It was one of the grub screws in the drive shaft. I did not see the screw under the disc brake, I only saw the one at the end of the drive shaft by the tires.
