A quick side note, there are many hotels within the St. George proper area that are a short driving distance to the flying site. Also, there are a few nice hotel/casinos in Mesquite Nevada which is only about 30 to 40 minutes away. Zion National Park is close as well so bring the family and make a weekend out of it.

C'mon St. George!
also, there are strippers only 100 minutes away in Las Vegas, NV if you're not bringing the family. However, the nearby natural scenery of southern Utah/northern Arizona is simply breathtaking. If any participants can swing and extra day, Zion National Park cannot be defined by words alone. Ciao!

FYI
Cowboy69, aka Gomez, Ernest will have available space at his house if any one needs cheap rent for the night. No guarantee strange things wont happen between beer thirty and the morning of the race.
There might be strange noises coming from his new house on wheels he is often seen trolling thru school areas with while ice dream music plays in the back ground.
Not to be too concerned about him as he is pretty harmless. When he is not flying that is.
So Glad Utah is hosting a Race- One of the best run races on the circuit and with out a doubt the best scenery of any race.

Hey Bert,
Thanks for a well run race and a great day of racing. It was great to see a lot of my old friends both on the crew and among the other pilots. I hope to see all of most of you in our race next month in Hesperia, CA on April 21.
Blessings, TErry

Super race Bert. Was good seeing you and all the old faces again. St George field is really nice, especially with the desert hills and rough terrain all around.
Felt like home. Take care and hope you can make Hesperia.
