RE: 2011 race planes
Its not a stock engine or a stock ARF. In fact it has new wing Foam built up race foil) and tails. Different turtle deck and canopy. Cut bottom with out scoop and custom retracts. I run a 14x14n prop and 57.5 % nitro. 170 may have been an exageration its probably more like 168

Hello everyone, we are less than two weeks away from our first race of the 2011 season. I see many pilots are already ready for the great races we are going to have this year. I just want to let everyone know that if you have not done your registrations yet, check out our brand new SacramentoWarbird.com registration website; to register for the race, you can even pay with your PayPal account, debit card, or credit card. By doing an early registration you will help our staff and will also save $10 (Late registration fee).

One week for the first race of the season, and looks like all the rain is gone. Finally I will test fly my 2011 beast.

We are planning to run the Sacramento Smackdown warbird race Sunday as planned. By the looks of the weather, the storm will not be here until late Sunday afternoon to early Sunday night. We have got everything for the race and ready to run.
Hope to see you all in the morning.

It's a Sacramento thing. Rules are to be found at sacramento-rc-flyers.org. Click on "Coming Events" and then in the heading click on SAM Warbird Racing Rules to download a PDF file.
