Default Need Help Identifying Seaplane

I am looking to get into seaplanes and have recently come across one I am thinking of purchasing (I know the dangers of Ebay--I've been burned before). Can anyone identify the brand of seaplane. I have read the good reviews about the Lanier Mariner and Seamaster, so I'm trying to find a used one of those.
Thanks,
Matt

Here's a Neptune which is very similar to the Seamaster.

Are you asking to ID the photo? That is a Seamaster. If you're trying to ID just by description, it's a bit vague...

BTW, it COULD be a scratch-built Seamaster. I've seen plans on the web for it.

That looks to me like a kit (Not ARF) version of the Seamaster(it also looks like it's missing it's nose block, but that no biggie). It COULD also be built from plans, but if it is, they were Seamaster plans.

The Seamaster (Kit) does have a hatch in front, but that's not a good enough pic to make out if it's there. And it does NOT have one behind the wing.

I would say to contact the seller and ask, but generally, if it's build well, that looks like a great plane if the price is right.
