If you do remove the paper off the sanding bar, after what comes off easy, soak the rest with "OOp's" and walk away for a few and then push the rest off with a scrap block or anything....Works...

Finally got time to put a new muffler on the RCGF 62, after the other one fell all apart[:@]. Went back with 3/16 x 1" fender washers (curved them) on the outside of the new muffler with 5 x 70mm...

It's just resting on it. The support plate takes the pressure off the top two screws.

I haven't, just make sure that you put the support on top of the motor box. I put a thin film of silicone on the support plate to keep it from chaffing the cowl.

Where on RCFG's website are you talking about? The only thing I see is the physical measurment's of the engine and the exploded parts view. Anyway, even the down tube on my muffler broke...

The metal on the muffler is thick enough (.050), it's after they welded it up they ground it down and polished it, to make it look good. In the process they ground off the weld.

While your waiting for "FedUPS" to bring your props, go to HD or Lowes and get a 10mm bolt and nut (if you don't already have one) so you can use the prop washer as a drill guide.:D...

Stop that avitar upside down and you can, if you look close it has regular hands on it, just read between the lines or guess at it.

Time only matters when the fuel runs out.
