Heck, that piston looks new to me! While you have it torn down go ahead and cut some scavenge ports in the intake windows of that sleeve....justr dont mess with the exhaust. Then buy a tower tuned...

Most of the Morris profiles have the servos flush mounted in the wing and the fuel tank is in the wing as well. You must not have been around too many "real" profiles :)

Nah, I dont use a metal box. Since I charge at 500 mah above the stated capacity I keep the packs taped to my arms so I can feel any swelling or high temps. Oh and thanks for correcting my word...

I dont think the prop changes direction of rotation...I believe the blades are turned by a servo that changes the pitch direction or is variable like the rotors on a Heli

I dont see how so many contollers go bad. I have Jeti and CC controllers that all still work with no problems. IMHO the Jeti controllers are "overbuilt" or a little more durable than the CC.

Great Looking plane Tony and thanks for the input.
Now I wish I had that problem. So far with the stock 400 I cant get it to pull through say a 10 mph breeze.
