Had a race last weekend with our Losi 5ive-B and this is the result. I'm pretty the shoes were not moving very free on the bolts and were about 1mm low. You can see the lip...

RE: ENCLOSED AIRPLANE HAULER SETUP

No disrespect and believe me, I'm jealous, but that looks a little too cluttered. I'd really like to have your clutter though.

RE: unusual application of automation

Go out and check for a throttle linkage on the car you drive to work. I bet there isn't one if it's a newer car. My Silverado is fly-by-wire. It works but I can't say I'm a fan of only being able...

The tires off the MT will go through the grass better than the 18T.

RE: Can you Believe this??

I think if you're spending $1300 on one order, you're prepared to spend the $1300. Most internet place's won't do much for you. Their margins are already pretty small.

RE: Help with Force .26 on my Ofna Comp LX Ultra

My Force .26 was a problem child when I got it too. Take the back plate off the engine and use some high temp engine RTV (the red stuff) to seal it up. Run a small bead of the stuff around where...

RE: cool steerig mod for the tamiya mad bull

Yeah, Maniac, I know. My point was that technology has advanced quite a bit since the release of that thing.

RE: cool steerig mod for the tamiya mad bull

Not electric haters, truggy lovers. That is not a truggy. Truggies with brushless lipo systems are cool! Truggies with brushless NiMh are cool. I'm sorry but that thing looks like it came from...

RE: What fuel?

O'Donnell or Blue Thunder. Both work great! My LHS is phasing out the Blue Thunder in favor of O'Donnell. Looks like I'm switching.

RE: Choices!

There's a racer at my track that constantly TQs and usually wins the a-main that used to run a Kyosho. He's since gone with a Losi 8ight-T because he couldn't keep diffs in the STR. I've been...

RE: Offical Mugen MBX5T thread

It's not the motor, it's the fact you're trying to start with the stick packs. They suck!! Get a 12v 7Ah battery and you'll have the torque you need and the motor won't heat up from being stalled.

RE: Offical Mugen MBX5T thread

I agree. The 645 is a bit weak for steering on a truggy.

RE: Mugen MBX5T or Jammin CRT?

All I can pass on is what my LHS told me. "Most of the guys with the Jammin' replaced them with the Mugen." That's why I got the Mugen when I was looking. I think the Mugen is a great truggy (it's...

RE: Offical Mugen MBX5T thread

I wouldn't exactly say your servo is a piece of crap but a 645MG is a little under sized for a truggy. You're really going to want a better servo than that. A 5955TG or 5995TG are two excellent...
