I rebuilt one of my saito's awhile back and hh...

I rebuilt one of my saito's awhile back and hh was out of stock on the rubber boots for the push rod tubes so I used large silicone fuel tubing !!! It worked great. Glad I had polished the brass.

did you set the little tang for the fuel pump when you put the new kit in the carb ??? sounds like it's not letting enough fuel in to handle full bore! just a thought.
