Making a join on a foam wing that is removable

FOR THE MONEY THIS IS A GREAT ENGINE. I HAVE RUN A GALLON OF FUEL THROUGH THE MOTOR AND IT IS PERFORMING GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE MUFFLER.

ok went to the field today. ran a tank of fuel through the engine, put the plane through some paces. check the rpm, no change in the setting 6892 rpms. going to run a nother tank and get a better...

OK I STARTED THE ENGINE AND LET IT RUN A LITTLE ABOVE IDLE FOR ABOUT 5 MIN. CHECKED OVER THE PLANE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. REVED IT UP AND IT CAN UP TO SPEED 22x10 MASTER AIRSCREW PROP RIGHT...

Set the engine up with the 32:1 fuel noticed that with Johns setting the fuel was popping out of the carb. Turn the low end in to about 3/4 of a turn out, it stopped.

Niteowl, are you getting a lot of vibration from this motor and what fuel mix do you use ???? this is my first gasser so i have a million more questions but this will do for now.
