RE: Rtf 3D foamie under 36

At 39", it's wingspan is a tad larger than you're looking for, but I'm not sure if you're willing to allow a tad bit extra or not. Anyways, I'm talking about the Parkzone Typhoon 2. For 3D RTF...

RE: What are your other hobbies?

Corvettes are amazing vehicles! I've never hiked 70 miles...yikes. I'm an outdoor guy, so I've had my fair share of hikes and backpacking trips, but nothing like that [X(]

I forgot to add...

What are your other hobbies?

Well, I couldn't find a "general off topic" or similar forum anywhere on this site, so I feel a slight twinge of guilt posting this here, but I couldn't find another option. Plus, I feel this is...

RE: Parkzone Habu

I can smell some retracts and a beefed up motor in someone's game plan for this :D Not my game plan, because I surely don't have the cash to tinker with a new design, but I'd like to get one to toss...

I didn't entirely vanish...

Good evening everyone. It's been probably 1 to 1.5 years since I've been on this site, or even touched an RC vehicle. It sucks, I know. For those that remember me, I was the annoying Sophomore in...

RE: How do you afford it?

I'm thinking I'm going to reinvest in the hobby sometime soon...I'll sell off what I have and start over again. Plus I still have the simulator.:D

RE: How do you afford it?

What I really need is a plane that won't break. And to get rid of this EPP and stuff I blew money on...Maybe I can pull a foamy from the pile like a pheonix from the ashes? I dunno. I think I'm...

How do you afford it?

Hey guys, some of you may know me, some may not. I've been out of RC for half of a year now, and it's me. I just can't afford it. I'm 17 with a job, but that doesn't help much because 90% of my...

RE: Ever fish while flying? Check this out.

Makes me want to try it...I've got neighborhood ponds you can fish in. Except I'd have to watch out for the 15 pound catfish or else bye bye airplane.

Well guys I'm having to back out of the hobby quite a bit...

Well guys my worst fear is here. My parents don't like the fact that I'm taking up 2 foldable tables of stuff in the garage with my RC plane, heli, and my nitro 1/8 buggy stuff. So they are making me...

RE: Allergic reaction using 30 min Epoxy

Isn't hardened CA on the fingertips peeling off normal? It happens to everyone I know that uses CA...If you can feel your fingertips then you haven't been building enough planes.:D

RE: Parkzone North American T-28 Trojan

Should be a good plane! Z foam is now being used quite a lot thanks to the absolute PUNISHMENT the original stryker could take when they made the fuse Z foam. Fairly stiff, extremely glueable...

RE: *Parkzone Typhoon 2 -Official Thread!*

Not to go off topic or anything, but we used to have Comcast in our house. Our area lost internet connection for days at a time every now and then, and it was really slow for a "highspeed" internet....

RE: *Parkzone Typhoon 2 -Official Thread!*

So you are saying to anyone that has experienced the glitching issue to just use some good standard lipos and it should be fine? Sounds good to me! Maybe Parkzone will raise the quality a bit on...

RE: ParkZone Micro Cessna 210

The only problem I'm seeing is that it is definately going to cost a pretty penny to buy one of this. 150 dollars for a micro is pretty steep but hopefully that means it will fly awesome. Plus 2.4...

RE: Duratrax Raze - Now a Truggy

Yeah 400 bucks...the the Raze buggy is absolutely awesome. You pretty much can't break that thing cause those stress tech parts are the strongest things I've ever seen. Plus, if you do break one,...
