Thanks for the info. I am almost done and moto calc says 37 oz thrust with 3sp pack and 7/4 prop thats with the 15/16/4 ( mega ). I already have this motor so that is why I am going to try it frist....

Thanks, your right! it is a small plane. If it flys like my profile mustang I should be able to land no prob. I guess if it's to hot on landing I can always add the servo-receiver later. Thanks again

hello, I am building a P51 and it calls for a .049-.061 gas. I was planning on a mega 16-15-4 with a 7/4 or 6/3 prop and 8 cell kan pack. Does this sound about right? The plane is about 25-30 oz....

are your batts good? sounds like either your motor is not drawing enough or your batts arn't releasing enough amps. whatt-meter is all I can advice to be sure. could be a current limiting problem...
