As for the servo saver, get you a Kimbrough servo saver. You will have to widen a couple of the holes with a drill bit, but it's much better than the Traxxas stock savers.

I really don't think you can go wrong with any of the Mamba motors. If you're a speed freak and plan on adding some cells, then the 5700 seems to be the best choice. If you don't want to add more...

Well, once you have one you don't even want to put the Nimh packs back on any more. It's so much more friendly on your temps also. I highly recommend. Just wish they were not so expensive!

Yep! Team Orion Platinum Edition 4800 Lipo. I've ran that battery through about 25 cycles, and both cells are still the same voltage. I've never balanced them either. Good battery!
