Is it overheating with the body off? I know mine ran 2.5R ran at 230-240 with the body off and then when i put it on it'd get up to 300 almost... i cut a hole in the windshield and that fixed that...

Just have to be light on the throttle in the air. I'd take as much air control in the air as i can over no control at all any day.

Bigger doesn't always mean better especially with big jumps if that's what you're planning on doing.

And i personally hate that people just throw the revo in the racing only catagory and don't...

I would get a Revo, all you need are RPM A-arms and you're ready to bash. I used to own a savage and sold it to buy a Revo and i wouldn't go back. My Revo handles on the ground and in the air...

Well as far as durability goes... my Revo runs a whole lot more than my friends LST and i beat the crap out of my Revo. I'm a good driver so i think that makes up for it, i almost always land...

Yeah definately gtsum2. I own a revo myself, but drive my friends LST alot when we go out and I love it!! My old savage was alot faster than his LST, but it was heavily modded, but man that LST sure...

It's a ground hugging racer that likes to fly hehe. Only thing that isn't stock are the a-arms. Everything else took the beating with no signs of wear aside from some scratches on the body/bumper.

It's funny though in that video you can hear my friends TiNi spur gears while he's up in the air... they're really loud. I know his gear mesh is right but it's just metal to metal and it's noisy.

Yeah but the way i look at that is like this. The revo came out of it all in one piece... yeah it doesn't have as much metal and what not but does it need it? If it works well then i think it's ok...
