Multiplex Acro Master,Setup ?? Help

Hey guys,
Im pretty new to electric flight,but seen one of these at a show over the weekend,and was very impressed!!

So before i have ago at this and cock it up,you two have both just cut a setion out of the wing in line with the origanal gear,and replace it with ply? Then attached the new gear to this?

It gives a few options for your engine position in the instructions,is this for any reason other than so your exhaust comes out in the right place?

Thanks for everyones reply!! Im going to start building tonight,had to have the white one because i couldnt get no other colours so will prob get some stripes at some point.

If i remember right im runing a 12x7 as i wanted more speed and this was recomended,As soon as i get help i will get the nose up and richen her up a little as well,see if that helps!

The only pressure im running is from the exhaust,do you suggest something else?maybe a pump?dont really know much about them!
