The DR1 is at about 30 lbs. Used a G62 with a 24x6 prop. Flew great at half throttle. The Albatross is using 3W 80. Not sure of the prop size.

By the way..... Dr1 came in at about 29 pounds ready to fly with dual receivers, G62, two sets of batteries and all hardware. Not too bad!!

yes, light but strong! laminmated stringers for added strength. Light weight and strength all in one. very rigid structure. Going to be a very impressive aircraft!!!! Can't wait to get her...

Hi guys, just a little teaser for anyone interested. This is the prototype that will be at Toledo this year and hopefully at Joe Nall. As you can see, it's coming along quite well.

It's a thing of beauty for sure. You know I expect to be taking the pictures of the first flight!!!!! Hoping to have both the albi and dr1 on the flight line the same day!
