RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

I have been running Omega 15% in all my engines 2 and 4 stroke, OS and Saito for almost 20 years and never had a problem that wasn't created by me. It runs good and is reliable.

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

The gasket goes between the crankcase and the cover, the cylinder is a metal to metal fit.

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

How are you holding the brass tube on that Turboheader? I have several and that looks like a solution looking for a place to be applied.

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

If you haven't already flown one, you will really like that 62, they are a well mannered engine. Mine likes APC 12/6's. I have 3.

RE: Welcome to Club SAITO !

62's run real good on a APC 12/6. 72's like a 13/6 of thesame brand.

RE: Saito 100 acting wierd??

If there is any chance of your fuel drawing moisture, try a new bottle of fuel. "Wet" fuel will drive you nuts!!

RE: Saito 100 acting wierd??

The fuel is fine, been using it in Saito engines including several 100's for years. The first question I would ask is: what prop are you running?

RE: Hanger 9 Toledo Special 40

The 62 will make it fly just fine, the 95 might be a bit to much.

RE: Best kits these days?

Nobody mentioned BTE (Bruce Tharpe Engineering) who make some of the best kits I have seen in building for over 40 years. The Venture 60 is a great mid experanced kit.
