the engine in my mt2 is a lrp z.18s pro. I think associated make it for LRP. I choose it because the rpm is simlar to a o.s, and there has been some great reports about the engine. I give it 10/10...

try new batteries. When my batteries go dead in the rascal both my servos hitec 645mg steering and 635mg throttle twitch and start going wild and motionless. :eek:

Anyway hows all your mt2's...

roto-starts are a pain in the backside. Pullstart all the way!. You will find if you prime your engine well and give it short, sharp, quick pulls the engine will fire up in 2 pulls and you wont break...

get a new pullstart mate. Or get the rotostart system. If you find that to expensive get the tiger drive roto starter system. It comes with the starter backplate and a drill bit. :D

damn rust in the engine is not good man. I would strip your engine down and give the piston and sleeve a good clean in nitro. And in future use after-run oil! :)

i think you should take apart the rear diff. and get us a picture of the ring and pinion gear :D. We will then be able to tell you if its that or not ;)
