but no, you MUST have a brushless ESC to run a brushless motor.

ok first off, THIS THING LOOKS AWESOME!!!!

question #1: the charger it came with is a little different than the one that came with the regualar hbk2. its black and accually says its a balance...

i have my telebee gyro mounted right under the main gear ALMOST directly underneath the main shaft and so far it seems to work better than when it was mounted behind the servos.

ok the problem i'm having is setting up the ccpm values for my honeybee KING 2.......
the main problem im having is the PITCH is opposite like if i give it posative pitch it gives me negative........

well esky-heli.com has released the CARBON EDITION HBK2 recently but they are OUT OF STOCK ALREADY!!! :( :( the site says it should be IN stock mid-sept so ANY DAY NOW!!!!

hi i have a HBK2 and was wondering how to balance my main blades without having an actual blade balancer??
BTW i'm using the esky carbon fiber blades and when i spool up it shakes pretty bad and...

are the crystals the same frequency?
they both should be 72.130 and each labeled Rx or Tx

NEVER...i repeat NEVER!!!!! turn the transmitter off while the heli is still on or turn the heli on while the transmitter is off

ALWAYS turn the transmitter on FIRST, THEN plug in the heli!!!!

i dont have sub trims because i'm using the stock Tx right now.....
but i have used the trims on the tx to cancel out the drift.
i really need to switch it over to my JR Tx
any suggestions on...

telebee headlock gyro problems..

i just installed the telebee gyro on my HBK2 and in Head Lock mode no matter how i adjust the gain the tail still wags uncontrollably...
the tail holds great in standard mode

what am i doing...

ummmmmm, those blades arent styra foam covered in PLASTIC

they are very high quality CARBON FIBER blades,

CF is STRONGER THAN STEEL but LIGHTER THAN PLASTIC

I just recently put an e-flite Park 370 4100kv brushless motor on my HBK2 with a 9 tooth pinion and was wondering if i could put a 10 or 11 tooth pinion on to increase my headspeed???

HBK2 tail question.

when i spin my chopper around (yaw) and then i let the stick center itself the tail kinda wags back and forth until it stops.

is my gyro setup correctly??

do i need to adjust the gain?

As you can see, i received my hbk2 from fed-ex today!!
one word......WOW!!!

it flew pretty stable right out of the box...all i had to do was adjust the position of the tail rotor servo to get...
