My guess is the siphon tube on your fuel tank is blocked with mold flash. Has same issue on Volcano SV Pro. I removed the fitting and carefully cut off the plastic elbow. I could then clean out...

My son's Volcano SV Pro has a similar problem new out of the box. My local hobby shop diagnosed it as a poor seal between the head and the glow plug. Apparently the machining on the heads surface...
