On the other hand it may be premixed oil and ether. The kero component to be added by the buyer. If that's the case it will make whatever you decide is the best fuel formula for your application.

I'm not too sure that there's any real comparison between auto and model diesel operation. One of the main advantages of Jet A1 is that its spec is consistent whereas other keros are not controlled....

The Back and forth "running" could either be the compression too high, wind the comp screw out a 1/4 turn, Or it may just be that you have flooded the engine. Clear the flood & try again....
