On the other hand it may be premixed oil and ether. The kero component to be added by the buyer. If that's the case it will make whatever you decide is the best fuel formula for your application.

The Back and forth "running" could either be the compression too high, wind the comp screw out a 1/4 turn, Or it may just be that you have flooded the engine. Clear the flood & try again....
