RE: Randolph Bee-Tween

I'd never heard of the other planes in his series! Are plans still available? I was very pleased with his Bee-Tween. Much more so than the "Simple" series that included the Simple Citabria and...

RE: Is it me or has Monokote's quality gone down????

RE: Is it me or has Monokote's quality gone down????

I drove to a hobby shop about 30 miles away to get some other coverings. He only had UltraCote in the colors I needed, so I bought it. I covered a scrap old airplane side to test.

This Stuff...

RE: Is it me or has Monokote's quality gone down????

I think you will find today's Monokote disappointing. I started building and Covering models with Supercoat and MonoKote in 1988 (I was 12 at the time). It was better then.. I have more patients...

RE: Is it me or has Monokote's quality gone down????

I covered several models back in the late 80's and early 90's and was able to get the wrinkles out with Monokote. I have covered 2 models this year and both times gotten so mad at the crappy...

RE: Noob question

The CX is still a nice choice.. You will still learn from it.. What you will gain mostly is orientation.. Understanding how inputs affect the heli while facing different directions. I have a CX...

I would...

RE: Stuff learned, moved from CX to CP Pro

I HIGHLY suggest the training gear. I...
