Thanks Mike and Jim
I just added an external push buttom to short the 5V to ground and now it works. I tight the button on one of the legs which makes it now very easy to reach and push.

Arming Buttom problem?

When trying to arm the DF by pressing the arming buttom nothing happens...it started with 2 pushings until it armed and now I am up to 20-30 pushes until it will react and arm.

BL conversion motor shaking problem solved

After converting to the BL motors I had problems with the behaviour of the DF:

When applying quick throttle the DF shake and rolled in one direction (mostly to the right) and when descending it...

Yep..I cant belive it also that I got 3 bad ESC's...and I am not sure about that. But it was getting better everytime I changed a ESC, the shaking was gone after I changed the second...

msarid: maybe your frame is to big...mine is 64cm axis-axis and its more stable then the original ...but you have to control it very smooth....but it's not a formula 1 flyer of course and...

Follow-up

Confused!
Yesterday I was trying again:
Started without TI and it was nearly ok until I gave a bit "power" throttle....it just rolled to the right and crashed...no damage...

I am also thinking about how to connect the carbon without drilling holes in it as I do not trust the epoxy clue they recommend to much - though I didn't try it yet.

No soldering involved at all.
The diameter of the "cable" end of the ring terminator is smaller than that of the carbon tube. Just open the end up a bit and squeeze the carbon tube inside...

The reason for the size is, as Rusty wrote, the stiffness of the frame and to be prepared for the extra load of the BL upgrade.
Secondly, I belive, it effects the maneuverability...

New Berg Rx and Futaba Tx

Hi

Just got my new board from Spectrolutions with the new Berg Rx.
But now my Futaba Tx is not working with the new board while the Hitac Tx works fine.
Any ideas why the Futaba will not...

The "cam" 3-pin connector and the first 3 pins on the multi connecter are actually the same.
+5V - this is a regulated 5V source used with the ground pin
Vbat - this is unregaluted battery...

I think it is not a good idea to wrap the HD motors in anything at all as they are getting very hot.
Secondly, if you crash, all the force is distributed to the one motor you hit on...
