there is a set screw on the side of the diff.(not sure what it is for)if it is out to far it will click when meshed with the pinion. same thing happened to me.

I have done the same as fatjack, all vortex replacement parts, both shafts, rotor grips swash, ect. and they all fit great with little modification, it is much cheaper...

How is the xtream lama...

I use the vortex and axe ez blades, I think the xrb blades are the exact same size. you can use the blade grips from a vortex(along with every other part) with little mods. this save a lot of $$$$..

In regards to the vortex parts, I ordered outer shaft, inner shaft, flybar, plastic blade grips, swashplate, the middle blade holder thingy, and a set of vortex blades, also a set of heli-max blades....

I am a little concerned about the 130F engine temp? is that a little high? I have several 3-cells laying around, I would just like to try removing a cell, just clip and re-solder? thanks

Okay, I just drained the stock pack to compare temps.. after about 7-8 min of flight time the motors only reached 110F. the 4-1 70F. I really dont care about the motors, like the rest of you I dont...

Just tried a 3 cell from my dads dragonfly 22e. 11.1V 1200Mah. I must say the power was VERY impressive! It seemed to do better outside with the wind, I think it must be because of the added weight....
