If your looking to set up something real fast from a 5th scale, your best bet would be either the Contrast Fuego 09 edition or the FG Baja.
Yes, the fuego is abit lighter then the FG, but the price...

Jim, it has happened to me more then enough times.
The FG disc's bend very easy, check out the Elcon disc's, much stronger, cheaper and I have not bent one yet.

The FG Slicks work great for certain situations.
You must heat them up and when you do, they will stick like glue, they will last a long time, but they do seem to rip off the rim at the outside beed...

Yes it does RT,ET and MPH and it is very accurate to my radar gun, this tree is close to 15 years old, it has just been updated and calibrated.
We priced a new tree, not sure were the guys went, but...

We do top speed runs, but normally what is seen in the video is what we like to do.
The track is 300 feet from the start to finish line, we don't go by MPH, but the system does...

Thats because CNR is no longer making RC parts from what I know.

There are other alloy wheels available as stated above, but remember it all depends on what your intentions for your truck are....

Well ofcourse there are alot of factors involved, this video is in no way intended to discredit the Dom pipe, CC Racing motor or its driver, but instead, just showing the raw power gain of the VRC...
