Found out something about NiMH batteries, like the one used in the Exceed kit's igniter.
It looses 5-10% the first day, then about .5-1% after that through self discharge.

I started charging...

It came with the starter kit. I think I'll toss it and get a metered one at the shop.

How many times does this once cycle while charging so it won't damage itself?

Should I just buy a new one? This one does not seem to last long.
I can't even find what I saw that said it needs to be charged for, I think 10 hours.
This is the 3rd tank I have had to drain...

Heh, we don't have the selection here, just O'Donnell, Blue thunder, and some aviation fuels that I cant think of the names of.

Does anyone know how many starts a glow plug ignitor will last on a full charge? It's the one that came in the Exceed starter kit, should I get a metered one soon?

The fuel I saw was 30% because I went back down there and saw that 20% was about $29.95 for a gallon, which is better than I thought it was lol.

Yeah, it was blackened. I'm going to check all the lines and settings tomorrow (I drained it tonight though). Other than that, it ran great, on step three it was quick, almost don't have enough room...

K so I ran it through Traxxas break in, to step 3, lots of flesh on the head lol (Both fingers bandaged). I ran out of daylight, though. I tried to get it started after that but it wouldn't even...

I think it was a combination of problems.
1. The low speed needle was out too far, I believe.
2. The spring wasn't closing the throttle back to idle, adjusting it caused a screw to break. [:@]

lol that looks like dirt, thats oil from earlier.

This car is brand new. That broken screw is on a part that wasn't far enough forward, so it wouldn't close the carb back to idle, it would be...

OK, I'll try that Monday. I have to go to the hardware stores and find another screw if the hobby shop doesn't have one, which they should.
