RE: Top Flite '.60 size' Mustang ARF: about the same price as the H-9, but far better?

I agree Normand. The new mustang from TF is the best 60 size warbird arf I have seen. I also have the H9 Hellcat and the P40 and they are very nice buliding/flying warbird models. I had been looking...

RE: Top Flite '.60 size' Mustang ARF: about the same price as the H-9, but far better?

Yah for real, I can't imagine stuffing a 150 in to that pretty cowl. Seems like there are those who like the idea that " If a little bit is good then a whole lot has to be a whole lot better!" LOL:)...

RE: hanger 9 p40

Yah, adding some rake to the mains will help for sure. Did you have to do any mods to get the gear to line up in the retracted position? The rotating gear on the P40 might be some trouble to do that...

RE: Top Flite '.60 size' Mustang ARF: about the same price as the H-9, but far better?

Ok, I was just responding to some questions about using a Saito 150 and I just don't think that will work out too good. Get a 91 to 125 and save some cash and grief :) Now get some pics up of this...

RE: Top Flite '.60 size' Mustang ARF: about the same price as the H-9, but far better?

Sorry to here about the YS stuff. Not being able to buy the stuff you really want gets aggrevating [>:] I'm sure you'll like the 125 though. UPS tracker from Tower says my plane is in transit and set...

RE: Top Flite '.60 size' Mustang ARF: about the same price as the H-9, but far better?

Yeah that's right, I forgot about the Saito 125:D and the YS would be a great choice also. Another option for pure speed might be to go with a brushless motor? Might make for a very clean install on...

RE: Top Flite '.60 size' Mustang ARF: about the same price as the H-9, but far better?

Ok, just trying to help and I will say that a Saito 150 is way too much engine for any 60 size warbird. I have a 150 in my 15lb. GP SuperStearman. It would be a real hack job to put that motor in the...
