I will check out the courts tomorrow... any chance youd want to meet up this week provided the courts are empty?

RE: Tamiya TB-01 Resource Thread!

LSA, alu motor mount, steering links, stabilizer bars, mesh wheels w/ mounted slicks, alu drive shaft... all for $50 from a local NYCer. That's the only way I'd consider getting it.

Wheelbase...

RE: Tamiya TB-01 Resource Thread!

I installed a used LA kit along w/ front and rear sway bars last week. Haven't driven it enough to judge the performance but I can tell you it's much more planted and I had to trim the wheel wells a...

RE: Tamiya TB-01 Resource Thread!

That's the first thing that came to my mind but no, I don't. Should really invest in one. Either way, if a cell is bad, I wouldn't piece together the remaining 5 cells. Sounds like the pack is...

RE: Tamiya TB-01 Resource Thread!

I removed all the shrink-wrap to expose the bare cells. The end plates are still soldered/spot welded on just fine and theres no disconnect that I can see. Can a cell or multiple cells just die? ...

RE: Tamiya TB-01 Resource Thread!

Yeah, found a Ford Focus rally body (fully painted/decaled) as well.. should be good for bashing.

I have another question since I'm a n00b... I purchased a 3600mAh NiMH 6-pack and ran a full...

RE: Tamiya TB-01 Resource Thread!

FIXED... I had mistakenly placed the spur gear on the wrong side of the shaft pin. DOH

RE: Tamiya TB-01 Resource Thread!
