loose stab and wing tubes.

Looking to buy an old 100cc 540t, but the aluminum tubes are loose through the fuselage. Is there a fix for this or is it normal. Seems like a lot of play. Plane is in great shape otherwise.

i've never had a problem with aeroworks or 3d hobby shops arfs, and ive had more than a few hard landings in 20 to 25 mph winds.
