Im pretty sure that fillet is molded with epoxy after the fin is attached to the stab.  Been a while since I did that, so I cant really remember.  I havent done anything beyond doing some practice...

Thats sure good to hear that the bell cranks work just fine.  Alot of people seem to think you will have problems, but mine seem to move quite freely!
