RE: from 72 to 35mhz?

if you can exchange the RF module on your TX, that would be the way to go.

DA 50 new CON rod

It turned out in a German forum, that the new DA50 bears steel con rods instead of aluminum ones. The importer offers to replace the old rods. Has there been any information from DA, that the...

RE: Props used with DA50 on Aerobatic Plane

Is a MenzS 24x8 too much using a full length KS tuned pipe? How about break in? Do needle settings generally change a lot using a pipe?

RE: UNI Vs MPX in MUltiplex RXs

If you own 3010, 3030 or 4000, you must set center to -9% and you are instantly compatible to the rest of the world:).

RE: HiTec goes IPD !!!!

IPD is not a modulation scheme - it is still PPM! Just the RX has become smarter (intelligent pulse decoding) - not the TX. That's why its compatible to other systems and also that's why it IPD...

RE: HiTec goes IPD !!!!

You are right - the concept of IPD sure is an improvement to PPM. The thing I was really complaining about, was the quality of MPX RX in general. They put out complete lines of RX that had great...

RE: HiTec goes IPD !!!!

I would 've liked better to see Multiplex coming up with decent PCM receivers with Hitec-technology than vice versa. Multiplex receivers including IPD are OK, but not even close to JR/Futaba PCM....

RE: 605's are discontinued?

That 635 Servo looks interesting. What do you mean when you say better centering? Is it comparable to a 5-pole motor servo such as the 545? Is there a digital version (5635?) coming up for even...

What servos for 71" Ultimate

What servos do I need on the ailerons of this bipe (one servo per ail.)?. Weight about 17lb, engine DA 50, hard mounted. Weight and price is an issue, and because of the latter I'd prefer Hitecs. The...

DA 50 with tuned pipe?

Thanks for the tip with the chart.
I will use the KS 1060, which is fine for engines up to 70cc. The KS bats are commonly used in aerobats, particular in competition over here. They give you some...

Multiplex & PCM?

I've just seen Hitec has new PCM transmitters. Are there any plans about Multiplex coming up with PCM transmitters and receivers also?

DA 50 with tuned pipe?

Sounds good! Do you remember the distance between center of the engine exhaust window and the baffle or the front end of the pipe, giving me a rough idea how the set up the system?

Rossi 60 rich in idle

Rossi 60 rich in idle

I have the same problem with a Rossi .45. The low end is too rich. But the greater problem is, that having the low end needle all the way in I can't close the carb any more. So I always have to run...

Rolling from knife edge!!

If the plane doesn't curve toward the belly or the canopy, and just rolls, your dihedral is wrong. If it rolls over to inverted you need more dihedral - if your plane levels out again, so that it...

DA 50 with tuned pipe?

HAs anyone tried the DA 50 with the KS tuned pipe? I think the KS 1060 would fit best. What is the power gain using this setup?

MVVS 60cc

As far as I know, MVVS is now working on mufflers for this engine. I'm certain they will come up with a tuned pipe very soon, because the power has been determined using one on the engine. But I...

MVVS 60cc

Yeah, that's the engine. Seems like someone was a little over-enthusiastic about the engine's weight ;) . Still it's outstanding!

I called a German MVVS dealer, and he said the engine would be...

MVVS 60cc

Does anyone have some information about this engine?

All I know is that its weight is 1360 gr. without ignition an it puts out 8,5 HP at 7.800 1/min.

First of all: Hello folks!

I've tried both RF G2 and AFP, but in my opinion realflight is the much better sim. The flying characteristics, particularly concerning torque rolls etc., are far more...
