I just looked at the picture/diagram again and realized the red line is where the 2* is meaning the wing should be there,
therefore the leading edge is higher in relation to the training...

MinnFlyer, +2* sounds like the leading edge should be up a little but the drawing has it down a little, I don't have an incidence
meter, I'll be doing this with a ruler,( I think!) the chord on...

thank you very much for the fast reply, from what I saw on the drawing it appears the wing (flat bottom) is
parallel with the top (also flat) of the floats. Does that seem correct ? thanks, Craig

I just weighed the 2 engines and I was shocked. the 25cc weedeater with muffler prop hub and mount 4lbs. 2oz
the 33cc chainsaw with prop hub, muffler and mount 4lbs. even, I will go with the 33 !!

That's what I was starting to think, I'm not sure what the weight diff. is but I have read that the saws put out more,
so it might be the better of the two.....Craig

thanks, good idea except for the molded part near the wing leading edge. I have the one
that came with the kit,used, it had a crack in it that was glued back together. Is this stuff from
Tower...

well I found the problem with the mac 25, the head bolts were loose ! tightened them up and it runs fine! Now
back to the toro....it idles fine but as soon as I throttle up it dies. Tried messing...

on the plane I tried it with and without a velosity stack, this one I'm playing with now is the Mac 25 out
of a hand held leaf blower has a wabro 324 carb on it, as I said earlier sweet running...

I am problably overlooking the obvious but here goes.....2 engines 1 Toro 25, 1 Mac 25 both behave the same, on the test
stand they run great, haven't tached them, don't care, they idle great...
