Another thing you can check is the distance that the tank is from the fuel to carb inlet. It shouldn't be any more than3/8 in lower than the input nipple of the carb. Masterlink

Louis: The rudder is still just a flute cut-away as most SPADs have. The plastic tubes I used are from ACE hardware in the hotwater section: I cut 2 spcer tubes per screw plus 2 small 3/4" squares....

DL try an 11X5 MasterAirScrew prop on your Deb. That is the same engine I use on my Deb. Masterlink
