There is a set set screw that needs to be removed, guessing you've already removed it. I wouldn't think they are on there that tight. Getting ready to do mine so I'm hoping my puller gets the job...

Since I don't have the second nipple I was going to do the same on the bottom nipple. As long as you pre lube the crank bushing you should be good. Mine has not been ran yet and it sure sounds rough...

Thanks at least it is a starting point for me. I might try the old brushed motor on a 6s and see what it does and go from there. If it burns up its no loss to speak of.

Which ever woould be faster and lighter. The motor that was in it is the absolute largest diameter that will fit throught the nose with out serious mods. It is 1.77 inches or 45.17 mm wide and 77.77...
