RE: T-maxx 2.5 tranny problem - Problem solved

I removed the tranny last night and discovered that the pin that held the gears onto the spur gear shaft had come out. I put the pin back in and super glued it so it would have a hard time coming out...

RE: 3.3 motor for my older Terra Crusher

I don't know about the 3.3, but I have an ofna .21 hyper in mine. I needed to do a little modding to the chassis plate and exhaust manifold, but it wasn't bad. That motor really made the terra...

RE: T-maxx 2.5 tranny problem

I know what you mean. I got it pretty packed with the white stuff on Sunday. That's what I like about my old terra crusher. Everything is protected.

RE: T-maxx 2.5 tranny problem

I'm really not sure as I haven't gotten into the tranny yet, but by looking at the exploded view I can't see it being anything else. Why else would I be able to move the spure gear in and out from...

RE: T-maxx 2.5 tranny problem

Thanks for your help. I printed this pdf file out the other day but that pin wasn't obvious until I zoomed in on it. I just need to get to it and tear it apart. Thanks again.

RE: T-maxx 2.5 tranny problem

Thanks, thesouth1. The spur gear is fine...all of the teeth. I'm not sure if you gave me the right pdf file, though. I have some spare yolks laying around that I might be able to use. I take it that...

RE: ducted fan tail system?

Also, you could just put an 1/2 inch piece of fuel line tubing on the end of the tail rod. That will raise the tail enough up off of the floor to keep the tail rotor from hitting. I also have had...

RE: BCP blade slop (video)

I agree...that is normal. There needs to be some dampening and that is what the o-rings do.

RE: esky HB cp2 vs. Blade CP URGENT!

I get my CP2 parts from Balsa products. It only takes about 4 days. When the bell-hiller up-grade for the blade comes out it will be nice to get the parts from the LHS. That will be a plus. I have...

RE: I had a major crash with my Blade CP and need help repairing it...

What I did was move the tail motor in front of the holder and mount with 2 zip ties. That helped to shift the weight a little to the front.

RE: Maybe a stupid question but........

My esky charger has a spot to input an ac power source along with the alligator clips. If there is an input, you can get a 12V power source from radio shack or walmart for arounf $15.

RE: Tail motors....Any solutions?

I did an end cap transplant from a cheap N20 that I had and it lasted 5 batteries, so I have a DD for now. We'll see how long that lasts.

RE: Eflite Blade- Main Rotor Blades

For a while I used a pair of Kyosho M24 blades. These are made of very durable plastic, cost only $10 and they never broke. I kept them loose enough so if I hit something they folded back. Keep in...

I am trying one on my HB2 and I am having trouble getting rid of the...
