While we r talking about motors and escs. What temps should a motor run between and what temps should an esc run between?

I guess thats its. I know its a blue esc and motor and the motor is 3500kv. That about it besides water proof.

Would that be a good system for either one of those cars? Idk what one I really want,...

R they brushless? What kinda of battery can the esc handle?
